If you can’t get to our office in North Ayrshire then no need to panic, as long as you have an email address, set of scales and a phone we can do everything for you online.
STEP 1
The first step on your eating journey is to contact us and we will send you the Assessment Form and the 7 Day Food/Exercise Diary for you to complete – HONESTY IS CRUCIAL!
This will enable us to get a good overview of where your eating habits are at the moment, how active you are, what your nutritional goals are and an insight into your lifestyle. We will then use this information and break your current diet into:
- Calories
- Fat
- Sugar
- Carbohydrates
- Protein
You will receive a detailed overview of your current diet with analysis of each of the above in a simple to understand format via email.
STEP 2
Using the information from your assessment and 7 day food diary results we will then compile a food plan completely tailored made to you.
It will include foods that you like to eat, easy recipes, once a week treat meal and most importantly will help you on your way to your nutritional target!
Each week you will receive a 7 day Meal Plan this will include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks, a shopping list, easy to follow recipes (these will be sent via email). A weekly one to one chat and weigh in to track your progress, you will do your weigh in at home and fill in your progress chart each week.
STEP 3
We will continue to monitor and amend your plan until you reach your Nutritional target, you will then have all the tools and knowledge you need to continue eating well for life.
