After you have completed the 7-day food diary and we have assessed your current eating habits and your training schedule we will work out a meal plan based around your training, your likes and dislikes of food and give your body the correct fuel it requires to allow you to meet your training and competing goals.
This will be a tailor-made plan specific for you and the type of training you do. This is not just for athletes, but for anyone who takes part in any sport, at any level.
Each week you will receive a Meal Plan (including every meal, snack and drink to consume), Shopping List, Recipes, Progress Chart and an appointment each week for a weigh-in (body fat %, muscle mass, water % and bone) and to discuss your progress.
Can be done face to face or online, choose the best option for you.
