After you have completed the 7 day food diary and we have assessed your current eating habits we will then work out a meal plan based around the foods you like, it is a fool proof way of losing weight and changing your eating habits for good without the need for pills, shakes and packet food!
Each week we will email you your plan which includes your personal meal plan including every meal, snack and drink to consume, Shopping List and full recipes for every meal/snack. You will need to weigh yourself each week and we will track your progress via email/phone.
*You will need access to a set of weighing scales and email.
Can be done face to face or online, choose the best option for you.
