I contacted Holly as I wanted to loose my baby weight and have more energy to run around after the children; although I know the basics of nutrition I needed a more in-depth plan.
After reading my food analysis report from Holly it made me feel physically ill!! What was I doing to my body?

I started following Hollys weekly plans and the weight started coming off. She is very helpful and always ready to answer your questions and jiggle your plan around if you don’t like any of the foods. She really has kick started me into a more healthier life style, I have since started training at the gym to tone and again Holly came to the rescue with an after work out health bar.
She really does have her clients interest at heart (I actually felt really guilty telling her if I had gained weight) she is passionate about her work and it shows.
